How is your Knowledge Library updated

1. After you upload your completed file, the status of the record will be changed to “Processing Feedback".

2. The SecurityPal team carefully reviews the changes made in your questionnaire version (there is no need to add notes or track changes). Then, we will only work on the necessary additions and corrections to keep your library up-to-date with your latest answers.

3. Once the questionnaire is processed, the record status will change to “Completed” indicating that all the latest information has been updated to your Knowledge library.
