How to submit web portal questionnaires via app

1. Navigate to Questionnaire Concierge Dashboard > Click “New Questionnaire” 

2. If the web portal allows you to add SecurityPal as a collaborator, SecurityPal will be able to create its own credentials to access the portal. Once you have added SecurityPal as a collaborator, please submit the in-app form and select “SecurityPal collaborator” under “Portal authorization” You should be able to select the email you added for the collaborator from the collaborator email dropdown

This will ensure that the SecurityPal team will have collaborator access to the portal 

3. If the web portal does not allow you to add a collaborator and you have created your own credentials, select “Share Credentials” and enter the username & password in our secure form

What if the web portal requires MFA codes?

1. Some questionnaires allow you to share the questionnaire with a collaborator. This is often the easiest option for collaboration because SecurityPal will be able to create their own credentials and directly receive MFA codes. Many customers have a dedicated email (like [e-mail] or [e-mail]) that can be added as a collaborator. If you don’t have a dedicated email, please add [e-mail] as a collaborator.
