Who is SecurityPal Concierge?
SecurityPal Concierge is a fully enabled white-glove service to complete any complex security, privacy, or GRC questionnaire in as little as a day (or faster!).
We are here to help you streamline your questionnaire process with the following expertise:

What is the SecurityPal Concierge Dashboard?
Our in-app SecurityPal Concierge Dashboard allows you to collaborate with the SecurityPal Concierge team on your questionnaires and view important insights, such as completion rate.
You can leverage SecurityPal Concierge Dashboard to:
- Send questionnaires to SecurityPal Concierge team
- Ask for and receive updates via “comments”
- Provide additional context & instructions
- Return completed, finalized questionnaires
In the Dashboard, you will see your questionnaires go through the following statuses:
- Once you submit a questionnaire, the record’s status will change to ‘Request Received’. This means your request will be acknowledged soon.
—This means that the concierge team has confirmed your questionnaire, and SecurityPal is working on it. When the questionnaire is moved to this phase, you will also be able to access “Due Date.”
—This signifies that the questionnaire has been completed by the SecurityPal team and is ready for your review. You will be able to see the completion percentage and helpful comments from the SecurityPal team to finalize the questionnaire.
- Note: Once you finalize the questionnaire, you will need to return the finalized versions to update your Knowledge Library content. (See ‘How to Return Questionnaires via app’ for more details) .
- This is the status when you send us the finalized version of the questionnaire. Upon returning the questionnaire, the record status will change to “Processing Feedback” signifying that the team is extracting necessary information from your latest answers.
—This means that the necessary information has been extracted and updated in your library. The Questionnaire submission to the Knowledge Library update loop is now completed. On to the next questionnaire!
