1. Why should I  return finalized versions of questionnaires to SecurityPal?

Returning finalized questionnaires is highly recommended because we use them to populate your Knowledge Library and keep it up-to-date. Once you complete these questionnaires and send them our way, we carefully assess them row by row and make the necessary changes in your knowledge library.

2. How do you handle portal questionnaires?

3. What types of formats of documents/questionnaires does SecurityPal accept?

SecurityPal accepts most formats, including Excel sheets, Word documents, editable PDFs, web portals, and web-based forms.
