Information Request Forms
When a user visits your assurance profile, they can request access to your private documents using the request form. This is how it looks like for a user to request access to your documents:
Managing Information Requests
As an admin, you can manage the information requests by following these steps:
- On the SecurityPal App, go to your Assurance Profile
- Click on Information Requests
- You should be able to see all your pending requests and the approved/rejected requests
- Navigate to the request that you want to approve/reject
- Click on Approve or Reject under Actions
Private Data Rooms
SecurityPal’s Private Data Rooms help you send documents about your GRC posture to your prospects/customers without requiring them to submit a request form. You can select what documents you want to share and send them via a URL link. You can set an expiry date to these links to ensure that the access is revoked in a specific time period. When recipients download documents, they are watermarked with their contact information. Here’s how to get started with the Data Rooms:
- Log in to the SecurityPal web application at https://app.securitypalhq.com/login.
- Find the ‘Assurance Profile’ option on the menu available on the left side of the application.
- Find your published Assurance Profile and click on ‘Create Link’
- Fill out the required details in the box and click on ‘Ok’.
- The sender will receive the documents and the information in their email.
Through SecurityPal’s Salesforce integration, private links can also be generated on opportunity records in your Salesforce instance. Contact your engagement manager for more information.
