Subdomain and Domain
- Subdomain: This is your Assurance Profile hosted on our SecurityPal domain. This is what your public URL will look like: https://{subdomain}.dev.securitypal.com
- Domain: If you plan to host the Assurance Profile on your domain, we can configure it for you. Please reach out to your assigned Engagement Manager to start the process.
An important note: All of the following edits will be made in the “Draft” format of your profile. For the change to take effect in the public profile, one must first “Finalize Draft” and toggle the “Is Public” to On. Read more in the “Publishing your draft” section.
Setting up your content
1. Edit profile styles: This functionality enables you to edit the look and feel of your Assurance Profile.

- Go to your Assurance Profile draft
- You will find the ‘Edit profile styles’ button on the left-hand side of the profile.
- Below are the options available to edit:
2. Edit page attributes: This functionality enables you customize your Assurance Profile's HTML attributes such as Title, Description and Favicon. You can also Inject custom HTML snippets for analytics purposes.

- Page Title: The title of this page is shown in the chrome tab.
- Page Description: The description of the page.
- HTML Snippet: Custom code to be injected.
- Favicon File: The icon shown on the chrome tab.
3. Edit company agreements: These are all the legal and regulatory policies that you would want to present to the visitors who want to get access to your confidential documents on the Assurance Profile.
4. Uploading documents: Here’s how you can upload all the relevant documents to your Assurance Profile:

- On your Assurance Profile draft, click on ‘Documents’ on the top
- Click on ‘Upload new document’
- Add all the relevant details and the document and click on ‘Ok’
5. Editing section tiles: Section tiles on your Assurance Profile can be customized. To do this, follow the steps below:
- On your Assurance Profile draft, navigate to the ‘Tiles’ section:
- Navigate to the tile that you want to edit.
- Select the 3 dots available on the top right of the tile.
- Click on the ‘Edit’ option
- In the pop-up that appears, edit the Header/Icon as per your requirement.
- Click on the ‘OK’ button to save the changes.
6. Hiding the ‘Request Information’ section: The ‘Request Information’ section is used by your prospects/customers to request specific documents from your Assurance Profile. You can choose to hide this form by following the steps below:
- Navigate to your Assurance Profile editor on the SecurityPal Application
- In the ‘Request Information’ section, click on the ‘Edit form settings’ button available on the right
- In the pop up, uncheck the last option that says - Show this request information form. If you uncheck this, it will prevent anyone from requesting additional documents
- Click on ‘OK’ button
- Finalize the draft by clicking on the ‘Finalize draft’ button available on the top right
- Click on the ‘Is public’ toggle available on the top right corner
- This will hide the ‘Request Information’ section from your Assurance Profile.
