Our Knowledge Library has a 'Tagging' feature that allows users to categorize Q & A pairs effectively within the app. By assigning tags such as ‘Product A,’ ‘Product B,’ or broader categories like ‘Engineering, ‘Asia Pacific,’ and ‘GDPR,’ you can add valuable context to your Q & A pairs. These tags serve multip’e purposes, including enhancing filtering capabilities and providing additional context while filling out security questionnaires
Adding a Tag:
- On the SecurityPal App, navigate to the ‘Knowledge Library’ tab available on the left-hand side menu
- Click on the ‘Settings’ option on the top
- Click on the ‘Create Tag’ button
- Add the ‘Name’ (required), the ‘Description’ (optional), and the ‘Color’ (optional)
- Click on ‘OK’
Removing a Tag:
- On the SecurityPal App, navigate to the ‘Knowledge Library’ tab available on the left-hand side menu
- Click on the ‘Settings’ option on the top
- Navigate to the tag that you want to delete
- Click on the ‘Delete’ button
- On the pop-up, click on the ‘Delete’ button again.
