Adding and Updating Record

Adding a new record:

Note: Only App admins and editors can add a new record to the Knowledge Library.

1. On the SecurityPal App, navigate to the ‘Knowledge Library’ tab available on the left-hand side menu
2. Click on the ‘Add New Q&A Pair’ option available on the top right corner of the screen
3. Add all the relevant information on the pop-up screen
4. Click ‘Add’

Updating a record:

Note: Only App admins and editors can update a record to the Knowledge Library.

1. Click on the ‘Knowledge Library’ tab on the menu available on the left side
2. Scroll to the Q & A pair that you want to update or find it using the search bar
3. Click on the pencil icon on the top right corner of that Q & A
4. Update the relevant details in the pop-up
5. Click on the ‘Update’ button
